Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator (15 hours per week)

*This is a short term contract position and requires previous clinical research experience*

Job Description:

Looking to hire an onsite part time individual with clinical research experience to act as a consultant CRC to support an ongoing Pulmonary clinical trial. This CRC must be experienced in being able to work independently. You will act as one of the main CRC’s for this study. Please note, as the position and study progress, additional job duties will likely be added that are not listed in this description. A candidate must help the site and study wherever needed depending on the specific assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Community outreach
• Referral physician networking
• Patient recruitment
• Educating medical professionals
• Visiting clinics and hospitals to meet with medical professionals about the study
• Speaking about clinical trial
• Visit local clinics and centers to supply study materials
• Posting fliers, brochures at targeted locations to reach patients
• Educating patients on the clinical trial
• Maintain and update multiple online portals daily to track locations and metrics
• Any study efforts deemed necessary by the site

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years in a Clinical Research Coordinator role
• Community outreach and patient recruitment experience
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems
• Only seeking part-time hours, there is no potential for full time hours in this role

Location: Tulsa, OK - zip code 74133

Duration: Open ended contract - expected to be 3 months with possible extension

Schedule: 15 hours/week - during normal business hours

Hourly pay range: $25-30 per hour

Start Date: ASAP
