JOB SUMMARY
Assists with the daily operations including receiving, loading, and unloading trucks, sorting, pricing, processing shipping and receiving paperwork, and shipping merchandise to and from the VolShop locations. Assist with VolShop Order Fulfillment/e-commerce by picking, packing, and shipping merchandise.
WORK PERFORMED
Uses computer system to perform job functions. Receives, unpacks shipments, and verifies contents against purchase orders and invoices. Records receiving report on merchandise. Prepares reports concerning shortages and damaged items. Provide customer service to internal and external customers to resolve problems and concerns. Participates in stock control functions and ensures proper inventory levels. Performs other duties as required.

Operates a pallet jack, uses a forklift, moves event trailers and drives a delivery truck. Responsible for cleanliness of warehouse. Any other duties as assigned. Driving and delivering merchandise as needed. Also, operates personal lift in warehouse.
