Compensation

Salary Range: $46.34 - $69.84 / hour

The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

Pay for PRN positions is calculated differently than Full-Time, Regular Part-Time, and Part-Time positions. PRN Rates depend on the position and other factors, including years of experience, or shift commitment according to the department policy. PRN differential is added in certain positions.

Responsibilities

The Information Security Project Manager will assume ownership for managing the implementation of assigned projects. This will include defining and executing the project plan, which will include scope, tasks, timelines, and goals to be achieved. This position prioritizes and assigns project team task activities, managing available resources, manages to budgetary guidelines, cross-functional integration/alignment with other teams and execution of plans and deliverables. This position monitors assigned projects from initiation through project delivery or Go-live and will work closely with stakeholders and Manager of Security and Technology in assessing risk and addressing any issues in meeting deliverables. 

This position under the direction of the Information Systems Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of CMH data assets, wherever they may reside. The primary role of this position is to prevent and mitigate cyber-security incidents such as application penetration, malware and social engineering attacks. The Information Security Project Manager must have the ability to analyze, recommend, develop, implement, and document systems and processes in a manner which best protects CMH and its affiliated partners.

This position will identify potential gaps, review security incident reports, architect solutions and provide recommendations focused on enterprise security, response and remediation plans.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Four (4) years of experience working with Technology related projects, analyzing business problems and project management
• Five (5) or more years of experience in information security

Preferred:

• CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCNP Security or CEH
• Networking skills including WAN, Wireless, Firewall, VPN, Proxy and Intrusion Prevention
• Thorough understanding of HIPAA
• Experience with Enterprise Project Management Software
• Knowledge of analysis, debugging and standard project management tools
• Knowledge of Information Systems current technology
• Knowledge of systems analysis and procedures
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
• Proficiency in crafting and delivering impactful presentations tailored for executive-level audiences including Vice Presidents and Board members
• Ability to meet established deadlines
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently as well as being a team player
• Must have a firm grasp of concepts and technology across all IS areas to be able to spot gaps and develop appropriate controls
• Ability to multitask and react quickly and efficiently to production issues
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Knowledge of clinical applications
