Responsibilities:
Manage survey crew for the gathering of data for the completion of ALTA, Boundary, Topographic, As-built Surveys. Construction staking experience is a plus.
Coordinate with project manager regarding daily assignments, job scope, equipment, supplies, etc.
Keep accurate notes and sketches
Experience:
5 years experience for Crew Chief, no experience necessary for field technician
Use of GPS and Robotic Total Stations
Proficiency in using data collection programs, Carlson experience is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret project plans, schematics, and instructions accurately
Ability and willingness to communicate with project managers and clients
Physical ability to work outside in challenging conditions
Must have a valid drivers license with no recent major traffic infractions.
