Who We Are :

Fitness Connection is a full-service, all-inclusive health club that is quickly expanding with more than 40 locations in North Carolina, Nevada and Texas.

Amenities available to all members include Group Classes in a premiere Group Fitness Studio, a designated Group Cycling Studio, a turf training area with a functional training rig, full-size basketball courts, men and women’s locker rooms complete with saunas, and a kid’s club with tablets, a mini basketball court and theater, and more, all for low monthly dues of just $10 a month.

We are looking for an incredible team of sales-minded individuals to help share our brand and passion for changing lives through fitness by connecting with individuals and businesses in the surrounding community to our newest location in Dallas at the corner of Marsh Lane and Forest.

The Membership Sales Teammates will hit the streets, reach out via phone, and staff the pre-sales location each day, telling our story and helping potential new members understand the benefits of a healthy lifestyle kickstarted through a membership at Fitness Connection!

Qualifications

Job Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Previous experience with direct sales and cold-calling desired
• Bilingual applicants with fluency in both English and Spanish preferred
• High-level interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• Ability to using mobile devices, tablets, and basic computer functions
• Coachable and receptive to continuous and on-going feedback
• Passion for health, fitness and changing lives through fitness
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with all legal requirements (insurance, registration, etc.)
