Main Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator:

• The Payroll Administrator will administer bi-weekly payroll for over 200 staff across eight US offices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage monthly Partner payments for all US offices.
• Prepare and review annual and quarterly payroll tax filings, including federal and multistate obligations
• Demonstrate proficiency in the firm's benefit programs, facilitating employee elections alongside payroll processing.
• The Payroll Administrator will handle new hire data, integrating it into the payroll system and managing benefit deductions.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations concerning Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).
• Coordinate the setup of employee and partner HSAs and oversee contributions throughout the year, including reconciliation with third-party administrators.

Preferred Qualifications of the Payroll Administrator:

• Must have experience with ADP Workforce now
• High volume payroll processing
• Strong understanding of employee benefits as they relate to payroll
