What you will do:

• Hold yourself and team members accountable to policies and procedures and ensure they fulfill their duties
• Plan and organize regular department meetings to discuss production, battle plans, and goals
• Manage your department's annual budget
• Expand public relations efforts of Balance of Nature in the community, region, state, nation, and world
• Provide support and attendance to ensure the success of all departmental events
• Maintain and uphold Balance of Nature branding guidelines, image, and core values in all efforts
• Oversee the creation of agendas for department meetings
• Put in place strategic plans to increase the department's presence and impact
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the department

What we want you to bring:

• Extensive experience and education in public relations/event management
• Excellent public speaking skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong writing skills for creating external communication materials
• Flexible schedule for event coordination
• Creative problem solving, strong adaptability, and follow-through skills
• Enthusiastic event manager with a proactive attitude
• Capable of overseeing annual plans and budgets for all events

What you must bring:

• 1 years of public relations experience

Pay: $50,000 to $60,000 annually Bonuses

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
