Nature's Touch Campground, nestled in the serene landscapes of Wisconsin Dells, is seeking a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Relations Associate. We are hiring for all shifts to ensure round-the-clock guest assistance.

Responsibilities:

Check-In and Check-Out: Greet guests upon arrival, facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes, and provide assistance with any inquiries or requests.

Housekeeping: Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of common areas, rental units, and facilities.Perform routine inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Stocking Retail Store: Maintain inventory levels of retail store items, including camping supplies, snacks, and souvenirs. Ensure shelves are well-stocked and neatly organized.

Guest Satisfaction: Proactively engage with guests to anticipate their needs and exceed their expectations. Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

General Assistance: Provide general assistance and information to guests regarding campground amenities, local attractions, and activities. Assist with special requests and accommodations as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
