Responsibilities:
Check-In and Check-Out: Greet guests upon arrival, facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes, and provide assistance with any inquiries or requests.
Housekeeping: Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of common areas, rental units, and facilities.Perform routine inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Stocking Retail Store: Maintain inventory levels of retail store items, including camping supplies, snacks, and souvenirs. Ensure shelves are well-stocked and neatly organized.
Guest Satisfaction: Proactively engage with guests to anticipate their needs and exceed their expectations. Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
General Assistance: Provide general assistance and information to guests regarding campground amenities, local attractions, and activities. Assist with special requests and accommodations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
