Regional Sales Manager manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a region. Manages multiple districts within a region and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each district. Being a Regional Sales Manager designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies. Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume. The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all field labor force to obtain optimum efficiency, performance, progress, and timely completion of project work. Responsibilities include oversight and coordination of other on-site activities with P&L responsibility for the assigned area.
Physical/Special Requirements:
Occasional overtime and travel between field locations may be required in this position. Must be able to climb ladders and stairways to access work locations and to enter confined spaces that may require special PPE. Work involves standing and walking for brief periods of time, but most duties are performed from a seated position. Work may include occasional pushing, pulling or carrying objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Work normally requires finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination to operate a computer keyboard at moderate skill level.
