- Plan, organize, and implement a diverse range of activities to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
- Coordinate and lead group activities such as games, crafts, outings, and special events
- Conduct assessments to determine individual resident interests and needs
- Collaborate with staff to integrate activities into the overall care plan
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress
- Ensure activities comply with regulations and enhance the well-being of residents
