• Proficient in Excel
• Primarily responsible for, but not limited to,
  • Creating purchase orders.
  • Receiving items via ground services & LTL
  • Identifying product(s) with labels and stocking shelves
  • Coordinating with Shipping/Receiving Clerks on getting orders pulled and shipped for Aftermarket.
  • Preparing shipments for ground and LTL services.
  • Shipping items via ground and LTL.
  • Updating the take-offs once the order ships.
  • Chasing down updates on open POs
  • Working with Accounting to resolve payable discrepancies.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Production flow understanding
• Preferred experience with computers and handheld scanners.
• General understanding of accounting processes
• Planning
• Able to work within teams
• Detailed oriented
• Functions to capture cost and material usage, updating spread sheets
• Additional duties would include but not limited to reviewing invoices, updating excel sheets, working with production to ensure workload, organizing shelves/bins
