• Coordinate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets and ensure alignment with overall financial goals.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other financial operations to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Lead and develop the finance team, providing mentorship, training, and guidance to support professional growth and performance excellence.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum of 5- 7 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
