Bennett Valley Gardens, a unique locally owned and operated nursery, is seeking highly motivated and service-oriented candidates for part-time and full-time positions in Santa Rosa, CA.

These team player candidates will:
- Have horticulture, gardening, landscape or retail nursery experience
- Educate customers on proper plant care
- Identify plant species as well as common issues(diseases, weeds, and insect pests)
- Sell nursery stock, fountains, pottery and fertilizers
- Thrive on customer interactions while providing amazing customer service
- Possess a sense of pride in presentation and in-stock positioning
- Enjoy a busy environment and enjoy multi-tasking
- Water, weed, fertilize, and maintain plants, shrubs, and trees

Experience in nursery/garden center, landscape or horticulture trade, floral design and/or retail a plus.

We offer competitive wages starting at $18.00-$20.00, depending on experience, generous employee discounts, and excellent benefits including medical and dental. We also provide a flexible schedule and fun working environment.
