Account Management Manager manages and develops sales plans for a team of account managers. Focuses on the long-term planning and selling of a variety of products, services, and/or solutions across multiple lines of business for a defined group of existing clients. Being an Account Management Manager ensures that account managers meet the ongoing needs of clients and prospects while accomplishing individual revenue goals. May be personally responsible for managing major accounts. Additionally, Account Management Manager may set sales targets or quotas. May make suggestions for product improvements or expanding sales channels. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. As Account Manager, you’ll own growing and maintaining relationships with our clients while providing the best possible customer experience, and managing facility services with our authorized contractors on time. You’ll interface directly with our client’s corporate facilities department regarding project progress and deliver amazing results.
With Clients: You’ll be in charge of growing and maintaining client relationships allowing you to own the relationship and be the main point of contact for any client needs. You’ll take full ownership of your accounts, including reporting, identifying trends and opportunities to improve service and grow business within the account. You’ll be your client’s lifeline, and be the main point of contact in responding to their requests and inquiries within the timeframes set in GForce.
With Coworkers: You’ll participate in the prep for client meetings and QBRs, as well as attending sometimes. You’ll use GForce Reports to provide above-and-beyond service to our clients. You’ll work closely with the Account Coordinators to determine long term solutions and avoid any client and vendor issues, and you’ll be responsible for helping
support the coaching, training and development of Account Coordinators and CSRs within the team. You’ll be an expert, and a resource for information as well as process, procedure and best practice to your teammates, and you’ll have the authority to determine when cases require other departments and work with the appropriate teammate to reach the best resolution for the client.
Your World: You’ll be responsible for the whole management and resolution of all client escalations, and in a timely fashion too. You’ll manage, dispatch and resolve all emergency service requests when escalated to you, and you’ll oversee resolution of all client invoice discrepancies working with VR and Billing as needed. You’ll also be the decision maker for when a case needs to be escalated to the Team Leader. You’ll be in charge of reviewing and approving proposals up to $5,000, and you’ll approve margins of up to $1,000 with a GP of less than 10%.
WHO YOU ARE
You’re the ultimate people person. You’ve got a High School diploma, or a 2-4 year college degree in a related field, and some related industry experience. You’ve been around a fast-paced office environment so you’re naturally gifted at time management. You
meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and you’ve got flexibility and great judgement.

You can work well on your own, but love contributing to a team, and you’ve got exceptional attention to detail. You’re good with Excel, and you’re the master at using Outlook and some internet research tools.
You’ve got a full understanding of the CSR, Account Coordinator and Operations Coordinator roles, and you perform other related duties as assigned which might sometimes include working weeknights and weekends. If you’re bilingual, that’s a definite plus.
