Stealth Partner Group, an AmWINS Group Company, is looking for anAccount Manager. Account Managers are responsible for proactively managing and developing relationships with key business partners and business executives. Account Managers are primarily responsible for managing client service and administration of products and serve as a primary day-to-day contact for our clients. Account Managers will also liaise with cross-functional internal teams.
This position is located inScottsdale, AZand will be anin-office positionwith the ability to work from home up to 2 days a week.

Responsibilities include:
- Work with Sales and Account Executive to develop and implement marketing strategies for new and renewal accounts
- Provide daily client services, process policies, endorsements, invoicing, certificates of insurance, etc.
- Respond to client and carrier inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
- Manage compliance and adherence for each account
- Analyze client policies to determine accuracy
- Liaison between internal departments to provide communication and support to external sources (i.e. Sales, Broker support, carrier vendors etc.)
- Responsible for electronic file set-up and maintenance, along with ongoing filing and documentation of client meetings/issues/decisions
- Plan, prioritize and complete day-to-day workload, considering new business, renewal business and day-to-day service responsibilities for the accounts assigned in a timely manner ensuring internal/external deadlines are met
- Responsible and accountable for maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information
- Attention to detail/Organization, Active Listening, communication are key aspects for this position
- Ability to think analytically and problem solve
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualificationsinclude:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred
- 3 years in group benefits with at least 1 years in Account Management strongly preferred
- Stop loss and/or Ancillary coverage knowledge strongly preferred
- Strong business acumen and ability to deal with levels of management
- Strong teamwork skills: ability to work cooperatively and jointly with various staff members
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization and time management skills
- Sense of urgency, attention to detail and a desire to learn are necessities
- Arizona Life & Health Insurance License preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
