Job Purpose:

Provide exemplary customer service through efficient and accurate account management.

Regular Duties & Responsibilities

• Responds to client inquiries and requests promptly.
• Review all quotes, policies, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness.
• Assists clients with claim reporting according to company procedure.
• Complete renewal processes according to company procedure.
• Conduct annual enrollments and look to increase revenue per account
• Prepares invoices and premium finance agreements as needed.
• Backup team members and current initial enrollment issues.
• Performs additional data entry as necessary to service accounts.
• Other projects and activities as requested by the District Sales Coordinator, are necessary to maintain department functions.

Qualification & Skillsets

• The ability to prioritize daily tasks and manage a fluctuating workload.
• The ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients in a timely manner.
• Must currently hold or can obtain an active agent’s license Health & Life in Oregon.
• High school degree is required.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
