Title: MRO ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description:

Our company is a leading provider of commercial and military aircraft spare parts and repair services is looking for a MRO Account Representative.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet company business/sales goals for assigned territories.
• Prepare and manage daily customer quotations and orders.
• Coordinate customer quotation and order processes with internal departments, including Customer Service, Purchasing, Accounting, and Shipping/Receiving.
• Ensure on time Order delivery.
• Develop an understanding of the customer’s product demands and trends.
• Use critical thinking and advanced problem-solving capabilities to coordinate resolution of customer issues regarding product, pricing, lead-times, or quality.
• Prepare and maintain special reports for customers as required.
• Review teardown reports and modify as needed.
• Follow up with customer on quotations.
• Communicate with customers by phone, fax and emails.
• Build customer relationship to maintain and develop additional business.
• Complete tasks given by Account Manager.

• Courteous, tactful, and possess excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Cultivate relationships, identify opportunities, and account management skills critical.
• Proficient in Windows environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Bachelor's degree and/or 5-7 years related experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
