You will play a crucial role in our finance department, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in accounting or business, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in multi-entity accounting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts and bank statements
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Contribute to process improvements and implementation of best practices
• Mentor and support junior members of the accounting team
