Accounts Payable Clerk
District Business Office

A position as Accounts Payable Clerk in the District's Business Office is available beginning as soon as possible. This is a full-time, 12-month position.

Summary of Duties:
Under the direction of the Director of Business Services, the Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for implementing and carrying out the district procedures and operations associated with the processing of accounts payable; providing assistance and providing information to district personnel regarding the procedural requirements of purchase orders and the processing of transactions; resolving and addressing vendor issues concerning payment transactions and issues; and for reconciling the student associate account.

Qualifications Required:
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria to qualify for this position:

High school diploma or GED. Post-secondary education coursework is preferred. Experience or knowledge in business office operations, accounting, and especially accounts payable is also preferred.

Rate of Pay:
Starting at $20.25 per hour, plus benefits package.
