Accounts Payable Clerk jobs in Urbandale, IA

AGRILAND FS, is looking for a self starting, highly productive administrator with strong bookkeeping skills to process accounts payable.

Core Responsibilities:

• Match invoices to receipts, codes and receives approval for payment
• Executes payment of approved expenses
• Assist with general bookkeeping activities
• Will assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist with special projects as assigned

What we need from you:

• Minimum of a two year degree in business with up to 2 - 4 years office experience
• Accurate and efficient data entry experience
• Excellent computer skills/experience with Microsoft Excel and experience learning new business software
• Experience working in a highly productive office
• Excellent customer service and team work experience
• Excellent bookkeeping experience
• Demonstrate attention to detail with excellent organization
• Self starter
