Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst analyzes accounts payable/receivable activities to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. Maintains and reconciles the accounts payable and accounts receivable ledger to validate charges and ensure timely and accurate payments and receipt of payments. Being an Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst utilizes AP/AR data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvements or cost savings. Generates reports to bring insight into collections, account ages, and other relevant metrics and relays conclusions to management. Additionally, Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst investigates and resolves discrepancies in billings and collections or payments. Analyzes customer credit history, determines credit risk, and recommends credit limits and payment terms. May recommend improvements to accounts payable/receivable processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.   • GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

    The Behavior Technician implements skills acquisition and behavior reduction protocols utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with children with autism and similar disabilities in the home. The Behavior Technician delivers interventions and collects data in accordance with the client’s individualized treatment plan under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

    REPORTS TO: BCBA Supervisor, Director of Clinical Services

    RESPONSBILITIES AND DUTIES:

    o Implements 1:1 behavioral interventions with clients with autism utilizing a

    combination of intensive and natural environment teaching arrangements.

    o Implements interventions meant to reduce maladaptive behaviors and teach skills

    that strengthen appropriate functional behaviors in its place.

    o Implements skills acquisition targets aimed to teach language, communication,

    social skills, play skills, self-help, and pre-academic skills.

    o Collects accurate data on all skills acquisition and behavior reduction targets and

    adheres to proper teaching, prompting, and error correction procedures.

    o Ensures accuracy and timely submission of all session notes, timesheets, and all

    other required documentation.

    o Communicates effectively with all members of the client’s treatment team regarding client progress.

    o Receives on-going supervision and readily accepts feedback and direction from a

    BCBA supervisor.

    o Engages in other work tasks as directed such as creating client materials and

    assisting with client programming.

    o Upholds client dignity and maintains a safe and organized therapeutic environment for clients.

    o Maintains client confidentiality and protects Protected Health Information (PHI) in

    accordance with state law.

    o Attends all required meetings and trainings as requested by Ascend Licensed

    Behavior Analyst PLLC

    BASIC AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    o Able to assume various postures for extended periods of time (kneeling, squatting,

    crawling, sitting, standing).

    o Willingness to work with clients who exhibit a variety of challenging behaviors.

    o Able to give and receive detailed communication both verbally and in writing.

    o Access to reliable transportation.

    o Undergo and pass a background check.

    o Able to adhere to company policies and procedures and abide by the Behavior

    Analyst Certification Board’s code of ethics.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    o High School Diploma, required

    o Bachelor’s Degree, preferred

    o Registered Behavior Technician Certification, preferred

    o One year experience providing ABA therapy, preferred

    o One year experience working with children with special needs, preferred

    ● Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.

    ● Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.

    ● Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.

    ● Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as

    instructed by the BCBA.

    ● Utilize safe and appropriate handling procedures when working with clients.

    ● Maintain client confidentiality.

    ● Assist in preparing client materials as instructed.

    ● Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.

    ● Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required trainings.

    ● Perform other job duties as needed/necessary

    Job Type: Part-time

    Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
