Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager manages the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions of an organization to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. Reviews and evaluates the accounts payable and receivable registers to validate charges and ensure timely and accurate payments and receipt of payments. Being an Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager monitors account aging reports, identifies delinquent accounts, and refers accounts to collection agencies. Verifies customer credit limits and applicable payment terms. Additionally, Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager designs and implements standard policies and procedures to ensure accurate and compliant financial records. Audits methods and procedures of the accounts payable and receivable functions to improve efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. You will be working with our sales and marketing teams to secure, build, and manage agency-client relationships that are of strategic importance to INFUSE. You will travel domestically to meet with clients and prospective clients to build long-lasting relationships. Ultimately, you will connect INFUSE with our prospects and clients.

You will work with marketing, advertising, and media agencies to develop productive relationships, identify sales and client opportunities, craft demand and media solutions based on agency need and opportunity, and expand business based on delivering value and performance;
You will gain command of our GTM message, leverage data in our platforms, and identify opportunities to help clients understand and grow their business;
You will conduct well-informed and consultative meetings with all levels of decision-makers, from media planners to account teams and senior leaders, including presenting at events and conferences as needed;
You will help us build an Agency Team of exceptional talent and dedication to our clients and partners.
