Prepares and processes payments for vendor invoices and other financial obligations in accordance with internal accounting policies. Being an Accounts Payable Specialist II responds to vendor inquiries and resolves any discrepancies in billings and payments. Maintains and reconciles accounts payable ledger. In addition, Accounts Payable Specialist II may process requests for employee expense reimbursements. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
