Additionally, Accounts Receivable Clerk responds to customer inquiries and assists with the research of any discrepancies regarding bills. May utilize accounting software and systems to manage invoices and payments. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Accounts Receivable - process check/ACH/Wire deposits and process credit cards (must know how to apply payments). Customer collections on accounts and issue customer credits.
Office Admin/Sales Orders - create sales orders and Invoice customers that are communicated to you through our Sales Department and Production Department.
Other - filing, respond to e-mails, answer phones and other office duties.
