We are currently looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in managing all aspects of accounts receivable, from processing payments to overseeing credit and collections.

What You Will Do:

• Process and record customer payments and transactions.
• Generate and send invoices to customers.
• Reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
• Compile reports such as invoices, credit reports, and aging statements.
• Manage credit risks and oversee collections, including routine follow-ups.
• Support sales tax filings and assist with month-end closing processes.

What You Will Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, and collections.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong math, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with banking processes and making collection calls.

Other Things That Might Make You Stand Out:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience with JD Edwards or SAP.
