This position reports to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and is responsible for handling Accounts Receivable activities for the organization such as preparing member notices and invoices. The Accounts Receivable Representative also acts as a conduit to identify disputes with members and summarize information so that the issues can be resolved. This position also provides customer service to PEBTF members, internal staff and outside agencies.
