Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently and professionally
- Coordinate patient appointments and maintain the office schedule

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a medical office
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience as a personal assistant or in a clerical role is a plus
- Familiarity with receptionist duties is advantageous
- Computer literacy with knowledge of office software applications
