Asbury Heights, a senior living community in Pittsburgh, is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Activity Coordinator to join our team! This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing activities for our residents, with a focus on enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, implement, and evaluate daily activities for residents

- Create and maintain a calendar of events and activities

- Coordinate and schedule volunteers to assist with activities

- Work with residents to develop individualized activity plans

- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress

- Ensure activities are safe, engaging, and appropriate for residents

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience working with seniors preferred

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families

- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
