About the Role: Assistant Director of Nursing

Are you a proactive leader with a passion for delivering top-notch patient care? We're seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee our clinical functions and uphold our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive positive patient outcomes through proactive leadership and teamwork.
• Recruit, onboard, and evaluate clinical staff according to established procedures.
• Ensure the highest standard of patient care across all clinical functions.
• Serve as a resource person for the patient care team, identifying opportunities for education and improvement.
• Monitor documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage budgetary considerations and day-to-day administrative needs.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an NLN-approved institution.
• Current Arizona RN license and CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Current Level 1 Fingerprint Card meeting Arizona state regulations.
• Minimum of 2 years in home health care, direct infusion experience, and supervisory experience preferred.
• Extensive experience with OASIS Documentation is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time 

Salary: $90,884.00 - $98,045.00 per year
