Title: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
REPORTS TO: Program Director
SUMMARY: Provide administrative support to the Program Director as well as support the ADHC in a administrative capacity.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Reviews attendance for accuracy and compares it with transportation logs on a daily basis.
2. Answer and screen all incoming calls, sort all incoming mail.
3. Be able to trouble shoot standard office equipment, e.g. clear printer/ copier paper jams, replace toner cartridges, and load paper.
4. Ability to work independently to handle ongoing, large, time-sensitive and complex projects.
5. Excellent word processing skills expected, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
6. Responsible for making copies, faxing, etc.
7. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Academic: Must have high school diploma or GED
2. Health: Pre-employment clearance by a physician that certifies the employee to be free of infectious disease and/or restrictions that would inhibit performing job related responsibilities.
3. Language: Able to read, write and speak English.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Medium work-lifting 50 lbs.’ maximum with frequent lifting and or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
