Administrative Assistant - Bilingual performs secretarial and administrative duties in two or more languages. Collects, reviews and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets and other presentation materials. Being an Administrative Assistant - Bilingual responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with customized correspondence in the required language. Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities. Additionally, Administrative Assistant - Bilingual is fluent in two or more languages and prepares document translations. Has advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software skills. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Administrative Assistant - Bilingual works under moderate supervision. Gains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be an Administrative Assistant - Bilingual typically requires 1-3 years of related experience, or may need 0 years of experience with additional specialized training and/or certification. Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Compensation: Starting at $20.00 hourly
$300 Sign-on Bonus After Completion of the 90-day Probationary Period
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, smartphones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Preferred Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED with at least one year of work experience in a clerical/office support position; or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Intermediate computer skills and Microsoft Office experience including Word, Excel. Knowledge of Google-based programs such as Google Sheets/Docs. Inventory management experience is a plus.
