We are a growing company and we are looking for the right person in the Richmond VA area.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answers and screens telephone calls; takes and relays accurate messages; responds to inquiries as appropriate.
- Copies materials as needed.
- Maintains files and deals discretely with confidential information.
- Assists with any procedural questions and coordinates all necessary paperwork.
- Collects payments as appropriate and is responsible for entering service charges.
- Schedule appointment.
- Entering data into our accounting system.
- Placing order with our vendors.
- Working with Email.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and must have good computer skills.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in an office setting.
- Enjoy helping others; positive attitude; flexible.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
