Financial Services firm Administrative Assistant Career opportunity
Legacy Investment Services Inc. is looking for a full time, experienced, organized administrative assistant to join our team. You will be one of the “faces” of our company and need to provide “raving fan” service to clients, prospects, and vendors. Must genuinely enjoy working with people, have good communication and writing skills, be detailed, organized and proficient in Microsoft Office and contact data systems. Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial office. Specifically, we need someone with experience preparing and processing new business paperwork: including brokerage accounts, annuities, and life insurance. In this position you would be a personal assistant to one of the senior partners and to assist other team members with paperwork and workflow processes.

Responsibilities
Preparing paperwork, processing paperwork, creating client reports, client appointment preparation, answering phones when needed, scheduling appointment as needed, client service tasks
Compensation and benefits
This position is in the office Monday through Thursday and Virtual half day Fridays (until 12pm). Meaning, if you decide you want to work a half day Friday you will make up your hours during the week to give you 40 hours for the week. Your technical hours are 8:30am to 5pm. Starting Compensation for this position is $18 to $20 per hour based on experience with annual performance bonuses. Paid vacation. Paid sick time. Paid holidays. Health benefits.
