REQUIREMENTS:
As an administrative assistant you will provide support for one or more supervisors and staff. Auburn Career Center is looking for a professional, friendly and enthusiastic personality who has professional customer service and interpersonal skills; in addition to working as part of a team as well as independently. The administrative assistant must have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing and proficiency to multi-task. The duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant shall include those above and any other duties that are necessary to the successful operation of the department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates Degree preferred
• Five years of office experience as an administrative assistant preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Excellent technology skills
• Effective business writing and composition skills
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
