LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a large Construction based in Hillsboro, OR to hire an Administrative Assistant for their Safety team.
This role will be focused on back office operations supporting onboarding and safety procedures for their team, and is a great way to get your foot in the door into a large company offering plenty of growth! We are seeking administrative professionals with at least two years of office experience who are ready to start immediately, as our client will interview and hire asap.

Position Details :
Location : Onsite in Hillsboro, OR
Duration : Contract to hire
Pay : $22-$26 per hour DOE
Hours : M-F, full time, 7am-4pm
Responsibilities :
Work closely with the Safety team to provide administrative office support
Onboard new hires, ensuring they know certain safety protocols and procedures
Assist with incident reporting and creating incident reviews
Coordinate meetings and manage calendars of the team
Attend safety meetings to ensure compliance and best practices on the team
Distribute safety materials including badges and PPE masks
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in office administrative work
Experience working in the construction industry or in a safety related role is not required but highly preferred
HS Diploma, GED or similar required
Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word and basic Excel, and the ability to learn new systems
Strong communication including both verbal and written
Positive and "go-getter" type of attitude
Punctuality and reliability very important
