We are seeking a skilled and resilient Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our sales staff in navigating the demands of our industry.
Position Overview: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team amidst a high-pressure and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our sales team, managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and providing crucial support to facilitate their effectiveness in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage complex calendars and schedules, prioritizing appointments, and meetings with keen attention to detail.
· Act as a gatekeeper for sales team, screening and managing incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
· Prepare and organize documents and reports for presentations and meetings.
· Anticipate the needs of the sales team and proactively address any potential issues or conflicts.
· Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the sales team ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
· Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
· Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external personnel, including managing interactions with difficult personalities.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
· Pay based on experience.
· 90-day probational hiring period with job performance evaluation.
