Job Responsibilities:
- Opening, sorting and/or processing inbound and outbound mail
- General accounting-related administrative support functions
- Collating letters with printed checks for outbound mail
- Manage monthly distribution of billing and commission statements
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years administrative support or accounting clerk experience
- Minimum 2 years of college
- Microsoft Office familiarity including Outlook
- Proactive (can-do) attitude
- Aptitude and desire for learning
- Commitment to excellence
