To grow the Cultivate Behavior Health and Education referral sources by maximizing the referral sales process and implementing a regional strategy. This includes prospecting and calling on net new referral sources, securing a diverse referral base, optimizing referral mix for both insurance payer sources and clinic hours, attending networking activities and events and retaining current relationships.
