Responsibilities:- Develop and implement an advertising strategy to ensure alignment with the company's goals;
- Perform daily ads management across multiple platforms, such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram;
- Collaborate with product managers and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives;
- Stay updated with the latest advertising and marketing trends and best practices;
- Monitor and analyze ad performance to reach the target audience effectively.
Requirements:- 3 years of experience in Ads management;
- Interest and knowledge about the IT field, products and solutions;
- Detail-oriented;
- Ability to multitask;
- Self-organized skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent in Latvian and English.
