About the Position:
Off The Wall Advertising, a leader in out-of-home and digital media solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Consultant to drive strategic sales in the Fargo market. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sell value and ROI to key business decision makers.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our product suite, including out-of-home media, digital outdoor, websites, and social media.
• Effectively sell our products to clients through phone conversations, face-to-face meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Align client strategic objectives with appropriate marketing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster future sales opportunities.
• Prospect and develop a new client base while managing and upselling to existing clients.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2-3 years of sales/marketing experience, with significant field experience.
• Experience in mid-market sales with a proven record of exceeding quotas.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable interacting with executives across various industries.
• High standard of professionalism, ethics, and a role model for peers.
• Adaptability to quickly change strategies in a fast-paced industry.
