Summary

Job Description Summary Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities:

• Direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy
• Propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles
• Lead projects
• Explain information; develop skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field
• Convey performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of Manufacturing and/or Manufacturing Engineering Specialist experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of Manufacturing and/or Manufacturing Engineering Specialist experience
