    This role involves quoting and managing custom client projects. Project Managers are highly detail oriented and motivated problem solvers, with the ability to grasp complex product knowledge and offer solutions. This role is based in the Advanced Manufacturing Services team, TriMech and reports to the General Manager, AMS.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Take inbound phone calls from customers requesting quotes or placing orders
    • Communicate with customers to learn the nature of their project requirements and quote recommended services/processes/materials
    • Follow up on quotes and convert to orders
    • Proactively process orders and identify & provide solutions to project issues and relay them to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner
    • Provide top-notch customer service
    • Managed approved suppliers as required by the project
    • Provide backup project support when a team member is out of the office
    • As needed, help physically process/finish/ship orders
    • Willingness to learn new machines, processes, materials, & approaches
    • Ability to travel to client sites for project meetings & support Outside Sales

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Willingness to take direction and execute without hesitation
    • Requires an ambitious and optimistic personality with a “can do” approach to solving problems creatively in a fast paced environment
    • Understands business-to-business selling approach
    • Extensive knowledge of 3D printing systems
    • Experience in maintaining efficient production shop, including equipment, tools, and materials.
    • Being able to solve complex problems within a passion-filled environment
    • Relevant Citizenship or Existing Work Authorization
    • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
