```Duties``` - Assess and estimate the cost of automotive repairs for customers' vehicles - Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to identify necessary repairs - Provide accurate and detailed repair estimates to customers and insurance companies - Collaborate with technicians and other staff members to ensure timely and efficient repairs - Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates on progress and any changes to the estimate - Coordinate with parts department to order necessary replacement parts - Ensure that all repairs meet quality standards and customer satisfaction ```Requirements``` - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes - Experience in estimating repairs in a body shop or automotive repair facility - Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance - Knowledge of tire service, shocks, struts, and suspension systems - Ability to upsell additional services or repairs as needed - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating repair costs - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
