We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair, painting vehicles and have a "can-do" work ethic. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition in a high production shop.

Responsibilities:

• Perform body repairs and restoration on vehicles, including frame straightening, dent repair, and panel replacement
• Use power tools and hand tools to remove damaged parts and install new ones
• Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
• Repair or replace auto glass as necessary
• Conduct mechanical inspections to identify additional repair needs
• Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auto Body Technician
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and industry standards
• Proficiency in using power tools, welding equipment, and sheet metal tools
• Familiarity with auto estimating software is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical specifications
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Good attendance is a must.
