Provides leadership on the administration of annuity products including distribution, asset transfers, death claim approvals to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. ElderCircle is seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and highly-organized program director for the Volunteer Services (Retired & Senior Volunteer Program RSVP) program. Under the direction of the Executive Director of ElderCircle and AmeriCorps Seniors program policy guidelines, the Volunteer Services (RSVP) Director has fulltime responsibility for the development and operation of the AmeriCorps Seniors Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) in Itasca and Koochiching Counties. This position is responsible for the administrative oversight of the Volunteer Services (RSVP) project by ensuring compliance with terms and conditions of all grants and applicable regulations. The ideal candidate is capable of managing their own workload, prioritizing tasks, and thinking ahead to meet the needs of a growing organization.
