Annuity Services Director directs and oversees all aspects of the annuity customer service program. Provides leadership on the administration of annuity products including distribution, asset transfers, death claim approvals to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Being an Annuity Services Director maintains appropriate staffing to ensure high-level quality service and ensures hired staff has the education necessary and is provided the appropriate training to keep up-to-date on regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Annuity Services Director typically reports to top management. Typically requires passing Series 6 (IR) , 26 (IP), and 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) qualifying exams.     The Corporate Sales Director is responsible for the direction and oversight of all sales activities, including developing sales strategies, establishing sales targets, executing strategic sales plans, leading sales teams, managing key accounts, maintaining and building relationships with corporate clients, ensuring increased revenue, and promoting the overall growth of the sales department.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    1. Develop and execute sales strategies in alignment with the company’s business goals.
    2. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with prospective and key clients.
    3. Identify emerging markets and shifts in the industry that might present opportunities and/or threats.
    4. Develop sales forecast and maintain accountability for sales goal achievements, including but not limited to respective key metrics and budget achievements.
    5. Implement comprehensive business strategies, sales goals, and marketing plans.

    11. Conduct routine meetings with sales personnel to review sales activity and performance, customer retention and growth, and identify production and training trends.
    12. Identify training needs and opportunities; develops and implements a plan for meeting training needs.
    13. Cultivate collaborative working environment by encouraging and fostering open communication among sales team members and promoting positive teamwork dynamics.
    14. Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations of sales managers.
    15. Handle discipline and terminations of sales staff in accordance with company policy.
    16. Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and promote company’s interests.
    17. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

    3. Experience in the environmental, industrial cleaning, or waste disposal services preferred.
    4. Understanding of business principles and practices including margins and profit to help tailor opportunities.
    5. Experience developing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
    6. Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system required.
    7. Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
    8. Ability to foster teamwork and enlist the support and participation of others.

    POSITION TYPE & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

    This is a full-time position. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:30am to 3:30pm to maintain full-time status. 50% of the time spent in this role is spent in the office focusing on office/administrative duties and 50% is spent traveling to meet with regional sales managers in order to maintain and foster working relationships between the sales manager and sales personnel.

    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

    Travel is expected for this position. Up to 50% expected.
