As the Director Nursing, Surgical Services you will direct nursing practice and patient care operations in collaboration with the VP, CNO/VP of Operations and Service Line Executive at Ridges Hospital.

Required

Education

• Master’s degree in nursing, health care administration, business administration or related field. If Bachelor’s degree is not in Nursing, Master’s must be in Nursing.

Experience

• Six years nursing experience, at least three of which are in a progressive leadership role in a healthcare environment. Minimum of 1-year leadership within perioperative services.

License/Certification/Registration

• Licensed Registered Nurse. Ability to obtain Minnesota nursing license at time of hire.
• BLS certification
