PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AP COORDINATOR :
- Full cycle accounts payable including matching, batching, and coding
- Reconciliations
- Assist with journal entries and general ledger
- Physical inventory maintenance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE AP COORDINATOR :
- 2 years of experience with accounts payable
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
