JOB SUMMARY:
The Account Resolution Specialist position is a service-line professional that will perform collection duties for a group of accounts, act as an advisor to inform clients of our approach, analyze their need for our services and explore alternate streams of revenue for the department. Heavily reliant on customer service skills, this position focuses on collecting accounts of a sensitive nature while striving to maintain the relationship between debtor and client. The Account Resolution Specialist will also collaborate with other departments to ensure Federated Fiducial meets the business needs of the client.
