Intake Coordinator / Flint Office

Essential Job Qualifications: This position requires excellent organization and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well with others. Computer experience is required in Outlook, MSWord and familiarization of how databases operate.

Summary Statement: The Intake Coordinator is responsible for gathering client information and managing mediation cases from start to finish.

Specific Functions:

• Receive all incoming calls; continuously check voicemail for messages.
• Use MADtrac Software, accurately maintain all client & case data including;
• Schedule mediations, Schedule mediators
• Schedule mediation sites and confirm mediations 1-2 prior
• close case and record additional data
• prepare all CDRP reports
• Assist clients with concerns or questions regarding the mediation process.
• Assist clients to determine if mediation is appropriate for them.
• Prepare mediator packets for each case, ensuring mediators have the documents and supplies they need. Be prepared to replenish packets for court regular mediators.
• Coordinate all off-site or after-hours mediations, as far access and safety.
• Manage and keep track of all in-kind donations. Research estimated value and record invoice items. Send donor a thank you note and copy of the invoice.
• Ability to work in the Saginaw office as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
